VersaWorks Training Dates and Locations for 2020
Following on from the success of last year’s course, whereby we accredited over 70 students in 9 courses across the country, VersaWorks: Beyond the Basics will be held once again in 2020.
Last year, we received some great feedback from students:
Shannon at IG Design Group said: "This is one of the better seminars I've participated in. I have a keen interest in the subject so I got a lot out of [the trainer’s] distinct knowledge and experience in the program and the usability of the printer".
Steve Wallis from Industrial Labelling Solution agreed that the course was very beneficial: "Very informative session. Well run, great detail. Certainly covered a lot of elements I had never looked at… awesome job."
Dates and locations for 2020 are on our website, along with links to book and pay for the courses online. If you would like to attend, go to the link below to book your spot and avoid disappointment.
Following on from the VG Series upgrade last year, SG Series users can now upgrade to the new and improved TR2 ink.
We encourage all VG and SG owners to switch to new TR2 ink to obtain a host of advantages and new features including stunning print expression, increased reliability, improved usability and significant cost savings.
cotodesign software is now available in Australia. cotodesign is an innovative design and print management software package for in-store personalisation. With cotodesign, retailers can offer their customers a unique on-site experience, driving footfall and increasing margins through product personalisation.
cotodesign is compatible with a range of compact, user-friendly Roland DG devices that are ideally suited for use in retail
environments, events and pop-ups.
In November 2019, team Velocity SFX from St Francis Xavier College in ACT competed at the State Final for F1 in Schools, a global educational program and competition that raises awareness of STEM and Formula 1 among students and schoolchildren around the world. Velocity SFX used a Roland MODELA MDX-50 Benchtop Milling Machine to make their cars and consequently won the event, scoring 84.1% of the total marks and taking home
an amazing 13 awards.
Despite the impact of the online retail sector on brick and mortar retail, customers are returning to physical retailers as they seek the social immersive experiences this provides.
As a result, there is huge potential for businesses to incorporate a personalisation solution to connect with customers and stand out from the competition.
